Mixed 7-a-side competition. Teams of 10 players, mixed girls and boys with at least 3 girls on the pitch at any time.

Teams will take part in coaching stations as well as matches and should bring packed lunch and a drink to have in the scheduled break.
All matches played on grass so football boots or astro trainers recommended if pupils have them. Each team should try to wear a school team kit or PE shirt if they have them. Bibs will be provided for the matches for schools with clashing colours.
Teachers to check children are not wearing any jewellery while playing rugby, stud earrings that cannot be taken out must be taped.
Schools should bring own TAG belts if they have them.
