Year 5/6 Basketball Cluster Competition

Small Heath Basketball Cluster Competition

The event was held at Small Heath School, with Oldknow, Sommerville and Starbank.  Small Heath School sports leaders were on hand to help out with the competition.

With 5 teams in the competition lots of basketball was played.  All pupils worked extremly hard! lots of red faces were seen at the end.

It was a close competition, with both Sommerville and Oldknow drawing with 11 points each.

It went to a 4 minute final where both schools desperatly tring to score.  In the final minute an awesome 3 pointer was scored by Oldknow to win the competition. Oldknow will now represent our cluster in the partnership finals on 19th march.

Well done to all that came !!
