On Monday 22nd February 2010, Small Heath School hosted the annual partnership basketball event. Boys and girls from Bordesley Village, Percy Shurmer, Christchurch, Colbourne and Parkhill competed in the event.
The competition went down to the last game with Christchurch requiring a win by eight points to clinch the title. Unfortunately, the drew their last game with Percy Shurmer, which resulted in Bordesley Village being crowned basketball champions for 2009 - 2010.
A huge thank you to the City of Birmingham Basketball Club, who helped organise the event and officiated the competition.
The second Calthorpe School Sports Partnership Awards Evening was held last night at Birmingham City Football Club. Colebourne Year 1 & 2 Dance Club opened the evening with a dance performance that was fantastic!
