VIGOR BOARDING AT HODGE HILL GIRLS SCHOOL
Tuesday 9th February saw another successful curriculum and achievement day at Hodge Hill Girls School.
Year 9 girls took part in Vigor Boarding sessions throughout the day. Vigor boarding is a bit like skateboarding with a twist..in fact lots of twists are required to even get the board moving!
It was fantastic good fun. Kitted up in all the protective gear the girls soon got to grips with the technique required to stay on your board and get it to move!! Everyone joined in and had a great time.
If you don't know what vigor boarding is all about - look it up and get involved in the sport. It is fun and fantastic fitness too.
