Clifton KS1 Sports Day

Last week Clifton Infants ran their annual Sports Day with the help of Sports Leaders from St.Alban's Academy. 12 students from Y7 & 8 helped run 10 different multiskills stations for the 6 classes from Clifton Infant School.

Some of the Y7 Sports Leaders from St.Alban's said this about the event: "It was great fun working with the young children especially when they got excited at doing well!"

Deputy Head, Angela Brown, was also very pleased saying: "It's been lovely to see our children taking part in an event like this. I'm really impressed with the Sports Leaders from St.Alban's as well who are a real credit to their school!"

Many thanks to everyone who took part and particularly Clifton's PLT, Rosie Slade, who organised the event . The weather was great, and the whole event ran very smoothly and was enjoyed by all.
