Christ Church clinch Quicksticks title!

On Wednesday 24th March, Moseley School hosted the Calthorpe Partnership Quicksticks Finals on their astro-turf pitch.Seven teams from across the partnership contested the finals and it resulted in a very exciting competition with lots of goals and great hockey being played.

The whole competition was run by Sports Leaders from Moseley and overseen by SSCo Chas Kehra. The Sports leaders did a fantastic job umpiring, scoring and leading the competition and a BIG thanks to them for that.

The competition was eventually won by Christ Church who managed to keep a 100% win record all the way through, though were pushed close by Park Hill who were runners-up having only lost one game. Special mention goes to Tindal School who rewarded their Y4s by allowing them to represent the school. Despite being the smallest and youngest there they had a fantastic time and even managed to win one game.

Well done to them and congratulations to Christ Church for being crowned 2010 Partnership Quicksticks Champions!
