Hodgehill Athletics Festival
An article by Saha (year 6) and Imaan (year 5).
On Tuesday we attended an athletics competition kindly organised by Hodge Hill. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day; we took part in athletic activities such as long jump, javelin, shot put, speed bounce, obstacle relays and hurdle races.
We were the Olympic country Chile and Thornton were Mexico. We enjoyed supporting our team by chaning "vamous Colebourne" and waving our flags and banners.
