Quick Sticks Hockey Festival at Small Heath School
Congratulations to Oldknow Junior School for becoming the Small Heath Cluster winners for the Quick Sticks Hockey Festival, hosted by Small Heath School.
On Monday 31st January children from the Small Heath Cluster schools attended the Year 5 & 6 Hockey competition. After winning their group finals, Oldknow Junior School went on to win first place, beating Starbank School in the finals, 1-0.
Oldknow children gained victory in all their games, scoring 7 goals throughout the tournament. A big well done to all the children who took part. A big thank you to all the sports leaders from Small Heath School who ran the festival.
