Calthorpe & St.Albans Y5/6 Volleyball comp

Last week Tindal, St.Anne's and Chandos all competed in the Calthorpe and St.Alban's cluster Volleyball competition which was held in St.Alban's gym.

A number of St.Alban's Y8-10 Sports Leaders helped run and score the competition, with Victoria one of the Y10s on St.Alban's Sports Council opening the competition with a welcome speech.

Each team played each other with Tindal coming out on top, St.Anne's finishing as runners up and Chandos a very creditable 3rd.

Well done to all 3 teams for taking part, there was some very good volleyball played. The highlight was perhaps the mixed match at the end where all 3 teams joined together to make 2 teams and played 6 v 6 against each other. Some very fast 3 touch volleyball was being played and everyone did very well!

Great effort everyone!
